Wade R. Sendelbach, CNP

Wade Sendelbach earned his Bachelors of Science in Nursing and his Masters of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD.

Wade is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

He is also certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Fundamentals of Critical Care Support (FCCS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Wade is member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Wade enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole and their dog Murphy, visiting family and friends, going on trips, scuba diving and watching Minnesota twins and Minnesota Vikings games
